Stops galling (unwanted spot pressure welding) by infusing steel parts with our Molybdenum / Phosphate alloy. Reduction in Friction Coefficient is Exponential. Greatly reduces corrosion of treated parts. Oil, etc. can be applied on top of  the new surface structure  it created Metals become Inherently slippery so you have less unwanted sticking. Non Toxic and Non Flammable. Instructions: (as currently shipped from ShooterSolutions) Accurate, except metals can be optionally brought even higher: 175 to 200 degrees F for faster reaction time of 2 minutes.

Moly  Fusion™ will not: Bond to pure copper or titanium, not  commonly found in most of the metals. Also keep off of all carbide and metal manufactured in part by hydraulic pressing: it may be bad in this usage. For example many safe experiments will have to be done, as it would exact effects of some sort (maybe allowing it to break apart) on the internal structure.

This package may appear to be a small amount, but is highly concentrated. The use of Special Application Material (included) will help extend the coverage. Wash S.A.M. with water when finished. New S.A.M. is available from the distributor.

Clean metal parts to be plated as normal. Then degrease using a strong solvent that leaves no residue (we like industrial alcohol or M.E.K.) Warm part slightly above ambient temperature for faster reaction. 100° F (38° C) should be the maximum Temp. Using the plastic transfer pipet, included, apply.
Moly  Fusion onto S.A.M. Wet parts, keep rubbing, keeping it wet for 5 to 10 minutes. Wipe off the residue and apply oil. The use of S.A.M. is highly recommended to reduce wasting the product during application.

Reduces corrosion of treated parts. Reduces carbon build up.

NOT for use in any area where friction is DESIRED or REQUIRED , or when hardening is NOT DESIRED.

For example: in the firing chamber, as "piston effect" may be possible. (As mentioned by Dr. Ken Howle in an article of his published in Varmint Hunter. Bolt lock-up points.

MolyFusion is of highest quality as discussed above.

Additionally, after treatment with Moly Fusion, customers report great results using SweetshooterTM  per manufacturer's instructions. Reason: it is a superior lubricant, as a MolyFused surface performance can be further enhanced with lubrication and protection. (It is a high tech cleaner, anti-corrosive, anti fouling, protective, synthetic resin film permanent (finishing) treatment.)

Notes:
* covalent is the strongest chemical bonding in nature, when an electron is shared by two atoms. The most notable co-valent compound everyone is familiar with is "two part hydrogen, one part oxygen molecule", or pure water. It is very difficult to destroy except through reverse plating technique. This is a marvelous thing, as you are creating something new and better using the existing metal as the basis, that will perform much better than before.
To be scientific, documentation is sought, so I am including as much as I can for you.
Testimonials include:
....."dropped my 9 lb. trigger to 6 3/4 lb., with only a treatment with MOLY FUSION!"  "It works!, static
friction reduced by 47%".
Some notables quoted include Cleveland State University professors remarkable results,
Amazing!! It took 2 1/2 lbs. off the trigger of a .45 1911 with just drops on the applicable parts without cleaning!! I will take it before the review board, recommending it as good stuff to include into our Catalog -- Ken Neald, incoming product research for Brownell's.
Brad  used one 3/4 ounce bottle to treat the bores of 100 guns over the last year, including a small number of  50 Cal Guns. Vastly easier to clean, and on the 50 Cal. high performance ($2600.00) gun, he has put 800 rounds through it, and normally it would be near 1/2 shot out, but i can't notice any throat erosion, and no appreciable wear on the treatment. Need to clean is nearly nonexistent. The smaller caliber it is not so easy to inspect. -- Brad who builds High performance guns (Brad's Performance Guns,) his customer referral and customer satisfaction he reports shot up to exponential proportions since he now improves his firearms with a final MolyFusion process on top of his other steps he has developed for himself.

It makes metal slipperier than anything I've ever used. Great Stuff! -- L.W. Seacamp, Current owner of Seacamp .
Moly Fusion is available through ShootersSolutions.
Sweetshooter is also available through ShooterSolutions.
Norm Tally, of Pacific Cryo uses it as a metal finish for small parts going to Alaska, and as an optional Bore Treatment. He loves the results (and so do his customers) immensely.

Uses: Scientific, Industrial, Manufacturing, Shooting, Sports, Fishing, Tool, Hobbyist, Foundry, Electronic, Machining, Military, Drilling, Heavy Machinery.

 Dear Jonathan;

I tried Moly Fusion twice after our phone conversation on or about the 25th of  June.  I  did what you told me to do and applied two applications of the Moly  Fusion to my pistol barrel.  I applied the first coat and something told me I  may have done it wrong.  I waited a good hour or more and then applied the second application.  This one I knew went on right ( just a feeling ) it  looked as if the barrel took on a deferent color.

Off to the range I went to test out Moly Fusion on Sunday 06/28/98. Accuracy seemed to have improved but not that much. I had the feeling that only one treatment of the Moly Fusion had been applied properly. Clean up was some  what easier but not what you said it would be.  I decided then that another application of Moly Fusion was in order.

This is how I did it.  I ran several clean dry patches throw the barrel with a  cleaning rod and jag to heat it up, as you said heat helps the metal
(heat  was used on the other two applications as well ).  I then sprayed one shot of  the Moly Fusion into the chamber of the barrel.  I used a cleaning rod with a  22 cal. slotted tip and a 22 caliber cleaning patch to paint the inside of the  barrel with the Moly Fusion this worked great.  Doing it this way I had  control to coat the entire barrel.

Off to the range again on July 05, 1998 to see how Moly Fusion works this time.  I know I have treated correctly now.
Accuracy has improved greatly.  Clean up was half the time I usually spend on the barrel.  I'll have to get going and treat the rest of the sweetshooter to see how it will do.

My over all opinion of Moly  Fusion - THE STUFF IS GREAT

  Roger

p.s. I treated the feed ramp of the pistol with Moly Fusion as well.  By the  way all this work was done on a 45 cal. model 1911 Kimber.
It now accepts all kinds of Ammo from the clip it wouldn't before, for example hollow point.

Also he has tried out Sweetshooter, and it improved things another order of magnitude on top of the order of magnitude of improvement already experience form the MolyFusion treatment! His follow-up letter is coming.
